Holding a Postgraduate degree in Cultural Management and a Bachelor degree in Social and Cultural Communications, he is the Coordinator of the Division of Museology, Training and Interactive Technologies of the CCCM, and was previously a member of the team responsible for the creation of the Museum.

Editorial coordinator of the Lisbon Architecture Triennale (2010), and a member of the team that founded the Casa das Histórias Paula Rego, being in charge of editorial coordination. Previously employed in the Department of Cultural Action of the Macau Mission in Lisbon (Government of Macau).

By delegation of powers from the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, he was responsible for the management of the CCCM between September 2019 and February 2020.
